Relationships form a key part of our lives, all of them have their ups and downs and sometimes changes can occur which can be upsetting. The most important thing for you is that whatever relationship you are involved in, whether it is with a friend, partner, parent/carer or school staff, that you feel happy and comfortable with that relationship.

Abuse - this section has information to help you understand what abuse is, what kinds of abuse there are and most importantly who to contact if you're scared or concerned about someone else.
If you do have a problem with someone, try talking to them openly and you may find a solution. If you can't, talking to a friend, relative, teacher or your Personal Adviser may help you decide what the best course of action is.
