Entry to Employment (E2E) from the Learning Skills Council (LSC) aims to help young people who are not yet ready or able to enter Apprenticeship programmes or other employment directly. E2E is entry to level 1 and its success is critical in helping Connexions meet its NEET targets.

E2E helps develop:

  • motivation and confidence
  • personal effectiveness
  • key skills
  • vocational knowledge
  • skills and understanding - through sampling a range of work and learning contexts
